Two very good questions and both can be answered fairly easy and straightforward. As for the difference between wide and regular calendars, the wide calendar allows for more activity/practice/content per page. You can download both formats on the current calendar for March and see what I am referring to with the additional content per page. The process to copy a single page to a new .ink file is as follows: Right click on the page (from the thumbnail views) you want to copy and choose "copy" from the drop down menu.
