Summary:MimioConnect Lesson of the Month - August 2014 A lesson on testing mineral hardness using Mohs Hardness Scale. This lesson is meant to be used as part of a larger unit on the properties of minerals. Students will test hardness of 4 minerals on the scale with common objects - using that comparison and Mohs Scale of Hardness to identify the minerals.
