Samenvatting:In this lesson, students will briefly discuss the Supreme Court and its current state, and then focus on what qualities make a good Supreme Court justice. Students will work together to create a table on desirable characteristics. Following the activity, students will pair together and analyze judicial biographies and create a 'memo' to the president encouraging the approval of a particular Supreme Court justice.
