Summary:The Weather, Natural Hazards, and More Pack contains over 170 images of weather, natural hazards, environmental and climate concerns, weather related tools, and more! These images can be used in lessons and activities from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Initially children can observe and note changes in daily weather and differentiate between seasons. Students can describe the weather by measurable quantities, such as temperature using images of thermometers, air pressure with barometers, wind direction with images of wind vanes, wind speed with anemometer images, rain gauge images to measure amounts of rain, and more. The water cycle's effect on weather can be demonstrated with images of clouds, precipitation, and storms. Students can also learn about weather disasters such as hurricanes and blizzards and natural hazards such as rock falls and flash floods.
