Summary:Use The slides at the begining to map out vanishing points, horizon lines and and converging lines to understand depth of field. Students can use the interactive highlighter to map out perspective directly over the slides.
The second part is the drawing of a city street but using two vanishing points instead of one in the previous lesson. Again students need to come up with a theme. Often I show them works of surrealist artists such Salvadore Dali or Renee Magritte. We then discuss and do different brainstorming acivities to come up with a theme that is original idea.Tags/Keywords:
