Summary:The latest lesson in the "Get More" series comes from "Clothes and Color", which was created by MimioConnect user Nathaly Alonso. In this lesson, students practice identifying color words in a scaffolded approach where at first colors are self correcting, but then students are required to recognize the word name for the color.
We took the original lesson and added the instructional design components of Aesthetics, Interactivity, and Collaboration.
Download and refer to the Using Instructional Design Components PDF for more information on how to achieve positive learning outcomes with your students from your Mimio lessons.
Be sure to check out the original lesson and the "Get More" version. Let us know what you think in the comments space below, and share how you might apply the design components in one of your lessons. Lesson created by Lindy George and Claire Pavia.
